I am pleased to announce that OMI and D-P Chisam Consulting have finalized a partnership agreement and have begun collaborative work with three ministry organizations. This partnership allows me the flexibility of throttling down my consulting engagements to allow greater time allocation for my ministry partnerships in Africa and Israel, spend more time attending to family needs and promote Architecture for Hiring which is available at www.architectureforhiring.com or at your favorite online bookstore.

www.organizationalmomentum.com) has a similar passion to mine...he desires to see the church and para-church organizations set the example for business rather than vice versa. The agreement with OMI enables them to expand its HR and general management consulting practices into an area of passion for its principals.
